Rush installs create silent failures: unlabeled ports, shared passwords, and cameras aimed at bright sky. Secure Vision Pro refuses that shortcut. The sequence below is how Optical Ledger projects stay reviewable months later when staff change and incidents demand clarity.

Intake & risk framing

We collect floor plans or sketches, operating hours, and the incidents you fear most. This frames success before tools come out.

On-site optical survey

Heights, glare, foliage, gate traffic, and cable pathways are measured. Photos and notes feed the Optical Ledger draft.

Blueprint & quotation

Camera schedule, storage days, network needs, and optional monitoring tiers arrive in plain language with options.

Procurement & staging

Hardware is tested on the bench when possible. Credentials are generated and stored securely for handover.

Install days

Mounts, cabling, switching, and recorder placement follow the blueprint. Daily progress notes keep stakeholders aligned.

Commissioning & night pass

Day and night samples, motion zones, remote apps, and alert tests are signed off with clip evidence.

Training workshop

Admins practice live view, search, export, and user management. Guards learn escalation scripts.

Handover pack

You receive diagrams, channel lists, warranty notes, and Optical Ledger access for ongoing changes.

Typical commercial sites move from survey to handover in staged windows that protect business hours. Large campuses may phase floors or buildings. Temporary coverage can bridge critical areas during construction. Ask about night-work options where public facing spaces cannot close.

Acceptance means clips, not vibes

We capture sample footage for each critical zone, note IR performance, and confirm remote login from a second device. Only then is the Optical Ledger marked commissioned. Warranty clocks and retainer SLAs reference that date.
