Agreement

By using https://securevisionpro.com or purchasing services from Secure Vision Pro, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm authority to bind that company.

Services

We provide CCTV consultation, supply (when quoted), installation, commissioning, training, and optional monitoring. Scope is defined in written quotations, work orders, or service agreements. Verbal asides are not part of the contract unless confirmed in writing.

Site access & client duties

You must provide safe access, electrical points as agreed, network permissions, and truthful information about hazards. Delays caused by withheld access, landlord refusals, or inaccurate drawings may shift timelines and costs.

Hardware & warranties

Manufacturer warranties apply to hardware as stated in handover packs. Our workmanship warranty period is defined per project. Misuse, unauthorized modification, power events outside stated protections, or third-party tampering can void coverage.

Monitoring plans

Acknowledgment targets and escalation paths for Command and Fortress plans are contractual. Monitoring is a risk-reduction service, not a guarantee that incidents will be prevented or that law enforcement will respond in any particular time.

Payments

Invoices are due as stated on the quote. Late amounts may pause non-emergency work. Title to supplied goods may remain with us until paid in full where permitted.

Acceptable use of remote access

Credentials issued for recorders and apps are confidential. You must not share admin passwords broadly, disable logging we rely on for support, or use systems to unlawfully surveil individuals.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Secure Vision Pro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or reputational harm. Our aggregate liability for a project is limited to fees paid for that project in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Courts in Dhaka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections if applicable.
