Our story

We started Secure Vision Pro after watching too many businesses discover—during a real incident—that their cameras faced the wrong way, drives were full, or nobody remembered the NVR password. Optical security deserved the same rigor as accounting: named assets, clear owners, and reviewable trails.

Today our teams survey sites across Gulshan, Banani, Motijheel, Mirpur industrial belts, and residential compounds. We pair field installers with remote specialists who document every channel. The Optical Ledger is our operating metaphor and our delivery artifact: a living map of what you see, what you store, and who gets called.

We are not a gadget stall. We recommend fewer cameras when geometry allows, and more storage when risk demands it. Honesty about night performance and network constraints is part of the brand—because trust is the product after the install van leaves.

Mission

Standards

Cable labeling, acceptance clips, user role sheets, and monthly health reviews are default—not upsell theater. If it is not written, it is not finished.

How we work with clients

Kickoffs include risk workshops with owners or facility managers. We ask what must be proven on video: cash handling, gate logs, production lines, or visitor flow. Those answers drive camera placement more than catalog photos. After install, training is scheduled for both daytime admins and night supervisors so knowledge is not trapped in one phone.

Power quality, monsoon humidity, and dense Wi-Fi environments shape our hardware choices. We plan UPS where recorders matter, weather housings where yards face rain, and wired backbones whenever wireless would become an excuse.
